| 以盐酸青藤碱和亚硝酸钠为原料，通过硝化反应制得1-硝基青藤碱，考察了原料用量、反应温度和反应时间对产物收率的影响。实验结果表明：青藤碱用量为0.5g时，亚硝酸钠的用量为0.2000g，温度为12℃左右，反应时间1.5h条件下，产物的总收率为38.64%以上。（其中盐酸青藤碱：hydrochloric sinomenine ） |

With hydrochloric sinomenine and sodium nitrite as substrates, 1-nitrosinomenine is obtained through nitrification. Influence of substrate amount, reaction temperature and reaction time on product yield was investigated. Experimental results indicate that, under the following conditions, i.e., sinomenine 0.5g , sodium nitrite 0.2000g, temperature approximately 12℃，reaction time 1.5h ，the total yield rate of product is above 38.64% |
