[求助] 拜求大家帮忙看看这个拒稿信？？？

看了编辑的结论，是拒稿，可以自己选择是修改继续投或者放弃改投其他杂志。大家帮我看看吧，自己不知道该怎么办？
适当拒稿对待还是大修还是修改后重投？重投还是要换一轮的审稿专家么？

I am sorry to inform you that based on the reviews of your manuscript, I have decided to decline it for publication in Journal of *** at this time. While the manuscript is not acceptable now, with additional work, as outlined in the comments, I believe that you will be able to turn this into a more suitable paper. I am rejecting it now so as not to put a time constraint on your revision and allow you ample time to complete the additional work. Once the revisions are complete, I would like to encourage you to resubmit the paper.

If you resubmit this paper, please note that you will need to send a point-by-point response to all reviewer remarks as well as a "tracked-changes" (changes highlighted or otherwise noted) version of your manuscript. Your revised manuscript will be treated as a new submission.

All of the reviewers agree that the paper potentially has some valuable resutls, but also that it has significant problems and needs a lot of work before it is ready to be published. I recommend that the authors be given the chance to revise the manuscript (in agreement with reviewers #2 and #3), and if they do not address the reviewers suggestions satisfactorily or they are unable to address them in a reasonable amount of time, that the paper be rejected and the authors be encouraged to resubmit taking the reviewers suggestions into account. I marked the English editing issue because of comments made by reviewer #1. It might be worthwhile pointing out to the authors that some of the issues are major questions about the overall approach, while others are details that are unclear to the reader, or perhaps were inadvertantly left out.
