1. Z420催化剂是以镍为活性组份，高温预烧铝酸钙为载体的烃类蒸汽转化催化剂，采用稀土、钾碱为改性助剂，具有良好的抗积炭性能。
1. Z420 is a hydrocarbon steam conversion catalyst of nickel as the active component with high temperature burn-calcium aluminate as the carrier. It has good resistance to carbon deposition performance with potash and rare earth as the modified additives.
2.适用于天然气、油田气、富甲烷气等烃类原料的蒸汽转化制取氨合成气、氢气、羰基合成气、冶金还原气过程的低水碳比节能型工艺。
2. It can be applied to low-steam-to-carbon-ratio, energy-saving process for producing ammonia synthesis gas, hydrogen, carbonyl synthesis gas and reducing gas in metallurgy through steam conversion of natural gas, oil gas, methane-rich gas and other hydrocarbon raw materials.
3.装于转化炉管的上半床层，与Z413系列催化剂组合使用，也可以整管单独使用。
3. Mounted on the upper bed of reformer tube, and used in combination with catalysts of Z413 series or the entire tube alone.
4.目前正在加速推广。该催化剂在河南某化肥厂制氨合成气装置成功使用数年，2009年12月完成中石化鉴定。
