The gel results indicated a single migrated protein band of about 8.5 kDa,and this result is fully agrees with themolecular mass obtained from the mass spectrum(8.476) in Fig.3a,with calculated P.I.of 8.11.The resulting protein band was removed and analyzed by MALDI-TOF MS as described in Materials and Methods. 这里面的P.I.of 8.11是什么？干什么用的？ |
