| 系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus，SLE) 是一种自身免疫介导的、炎症性、系统性结缔组织病,可累及全身多个系统、多器官，多见于女性。 心脏受累和肾衰是该病的主要死亡原因。SLE患者的心、肾功能研究一直是热点课题。利用应变率成像技术(strain rate imaging,SRI)结合肾叶间动脉(interlobular renal artery,IRA)血流参数对SLE患者心肾功能及早评价，及时了解靶器官早期损害程度，为临床制定合理的治疗方案以及预后评估有着极其重要的临床意义。 |

| Systemic lupuseryth ematosus(SLE) is an autoimmune-mediated,inflammatory, systemic connective tissue disease, which can affect many body systems, organs, mainly on women.Cardiac involvement and renal failure are the leading causes of death of the disease. The research of SLE patients’ heart and kidney is always the hot topic. It is extremely important for Clinical significance to appraise Heart function of SLE patients early , know inchoate damage degree of target-organ timely , formulate rational treatment for the Clinic and do Prognostic evaluation by Using strain rate imaging technology (strain rate imaging, SRI) combined with the blood flow parameters of renal artery (renal interlobular between leaves, IRA) |

Using strain rate imaging (SRI) and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) of the SLE left ventricular configuration and changes in the renal interlobular arteries (IRA) blood flow dynamics, systematic evaluation of SLE early target organ damage, so as to accurately determine the clinical extent of damage SLE, to develop a reasonable assessment of the treatment programs, as well as provide valuable prognostic information. |
