| Hetero atoms which had large electronegativity were introduced in quinary heteroaromatic rings or quinary heteroaromatic rings were substituted benzene rings , this resulted that hydrophobicity decreased or steric effect increased , and this reduced or blockd Hydrophobic Interaction of TTDs and combined bag of reverse transcriptase , thus made activation decrease even disappear . So reorganization of five-membered rings in TTDs molecules was the key that acquired the NNRTIs of TTDs of high activity . |
