[交流] 试一试RSC Advances还是改投？

Thank you for submitting your manuscript to Journal of Materials Chemistry. All manuscripts submitted to Journal of Materials Chemistry are initially evaluated by the Editors to ensure they meet the essential criteria for publication in the journal. I’m sorry to say that on this occasion your paper will not be considered further because it is not of sufficient novelty and/or impact to appeal to our readership.

However, I think your paper would be more suited to the scope of RSC Advances. RSC Advances is a new addition to the RSC portfolio of journals, with the first issue being published mid-2011. RSC Advances is an international, peer-reviewed, online journal covering all of the chemical sciences, including interdisciplinary fields (www.rsc.org/advances). I have spoken to the Senior Publishing Editor, Sophia Anderton, who would be happy for the paper to be considered for publication in RSC Advances. I can arrange for it to be transferred directly, keeping its original submission date. If you are interested in this opportunity, please resubmit your manuscript through your author centre at ...

有点犹豫呀  连审稿意见都没给  感觉编辑有点不厚道。 大家看看 这个还没出来的杂志的未来可能会怎样？

我看了一下这个杂志的简介 感觉定位挺模糊的   所以有点担心
