摘要 目的 综述了栀子的主要成分栀子苷的药理活性和结构改造方面研究进展。 方法 以近几年有代表性的论文为依据，进行分析、整理和归纳。 结果和结论 栀子苷在消化系统、心脑血管系统、中枢神经系统及抗肿瘤方面具有广泛的药理作用；因此近些年来，围绕着栀子苷进行了许多结构改造，像栀子苷作为结构特殊的天然环烯醚萜类化合物具有很广阔的研究前景。 在医院工作的同学让帮忙翻译一段话，小弟这几天恰好出差在外，心有余而力不足啊，只好求助于各位虫友啦，谢谢各位了！！！ [ Last edited by zhanpeng1982 on 2011-4-12 at 15:58 ] |

 Purpose This paper was summarized the research progress on medical activity and structural modification of geniposide as a major composition of gardenia.Methods An analysis, arrangement and induction was procede based on these acheviements. Result and Conclusion The geniposide was capable of compensitive medical effects in digestive , cardiovascular , central nervous system and antitumor. Threfore a great deal of sructural modification was displayed on the geniposide, such as those natural iridoid compounds with special structural geniposide was emphasized for its broad prospects at present years. |
