[交流] 【Share】Forget it = for get it. Do you agree?

A friend of mine told me that "Forget it =for get it" some days ago. The moment i heard this sentence, i lost in my thought."Forget it = for get it. Are these contradictory?"
I can not deny that there are many things we can't forget in our life. when i am in trouble, i will miss some wonderful things; when couples break up, we will recall the good memories. But if you decide to forget one thing or a person, you destination i think is definitely not to have it again. If this assume is not true, then i have to say, you still have not forgetten something or someone from beginning to end. And that's the second situation, you still want to have it.
So, in my opinion, "Forget it" and "for get it", both they can not be equivalent. Forget is to forget, is to lost something in our memory. But "for get it" is to try to have something or someone first time or again.
And what do you think of this point? Do you agree with me?

Forget is not to lost it but it will not disturb you any more,may be you also occasionally remind it. may be you still remember all detail,but it will not make emotional wave in your heart. therefor, It does not matter to you forget it or not.
for get it is that you learned from it.May be it is a unforgetable and painful experience ,however,thanks to it you grow up.

Of course they are totally different.
But on philosophy aspect, and about our attitude, it is right the way.
Just like the old Chinese idiom: Man works, God judges.

I agree with you, forget means lose.
but sometime, if you forget him, he will come to you on his own initiative.
to things, if you forget the difficulties, maybe you conquer it more easily.

so, maybe it should be explained like this: you forget this, for get that.
