又修改了一下 2-ester can be obtained reversibly from the reaction of the boric acid functional group with two hydroxyl and the appropriate conformation synform of dihydroxy alcohol.This nature is used as the target for decorating the medicine to enhance the drug function efficacy.The introduction of boric acid groups and bases to decorate biological activity member has already become one important method of the medicine member designing.In this article the anti-tumor activeness was tested after the flavonoid decorated with the boric acid groups and bases . |
