2-ester can be obtained reversibly from the reaction of the boric acid functional group with two hydroxyl and the appropriate conformation synform of dihydroxy alcohol.This nature is used as the target for decorate the medicine to enhance the drug function efficacy.The introduction of boric acid groups and bases to decorate biological activity member has already been one important method of the medicine member design.In this article the anti-tumor activeness was tested after the flavonoid decorated by the boric acid groups and bases . |
