不明 one at the time 是什么意思。是说同时将Mg和O移离平衡位置还是做两次移动，即移动一个Mg原子保持其他所有原子位置不变，再移动O原子而让其他原子位置固定？
此外，只朝一个方向移动还是正反方向都移动较好,为什么？
