[交流] 这句意思不理解，第一次投稿

please highlight the changes made in revised version and also:
a) outline each change made (point by point) as raised in the reviewer comments
AND/OR
b) provide a suitable rebuttal to each reviewer comment not addressed
请问please highlight the changes made in revised version 是指什么呢？我在修改的文章里是
把在word“修订”模式里的带有侧边栏修订提示的给他呢？
还是只需要把有改动的地方用颜色标记出来给他呢（接受删除或者添加之后的没有修订提示侧边栏的）？

用修订模式就可以了。
