3D framework含有孔洞，空隙率用platon算，但如何算孔洞大小，文献里经常报道 a hole with an aperture approximately 2× 7A, excluding the van der Waals radii.或者the largest cross-section of the pore are approximately 2× 7A, 两种算法一样吗？通常用什么软件算，Diamonde可以吗，也有听说在diamonde里加dumuy 原子，具体如何操作，求详解，多谢多谢！！！
