1 直径测量样品中间部分，厚度测量最大和最小值，取二者的平均值做为平均厚度，每个样品测量3次取平均， For diameter, the measurement location is the middle part of the sample, and, for thickness, the biggest and minimum value of the sample were measured, and, take the mean value of them as the average thickness, All experiments were measured in three, and, the average was calculated. 2 由于复水实验是在室温条件下测定的，15分钟的复水时间太短了，干鱼不能吸收足够的水分，而采用3个小时比较合适。 Because the water absorption was determined at ambient conditions, we think 15 mines is so a short time that the dried fish cannot absorption enough water, and, 3 h is a reasonable time. 3 实验前他们学习了干鱼品质标准 Before experiment, they studied the quality standard of dried fish. |
