[交流] 【讨论】德国老板报销过去看看还是短期试用合同已有7人参与

1. We invite you for a talk pay for your travel costs to have you here for 2 days. SO you can have a picture about our institute and about our region. In case you would prefer this way we should do it soon (April) and need to know about the cost of your airline ticket in advance to make sure that we can pay for it.
2. We give you a short term (6 month) contract here and we can see if we fit together. If this works we extend the contract to full 3 years, what is the regular time for a Ph.D. student to get ready with his thesis.
Please let us know what you think about these 2 opportunities. Which would fit better to your intentions.
