什么意思， 又要被拒了?--更新 已有17人参与

更新， 是被拒了。今天收到的拒信 这个文章投过APL，审稿后被拒。 JAP编辑的信 Thank you for sending us your manuscript. We examined it and concluded it is essentially the same as the manuscript you originally submitted to Applied Physics Letters (APL),(L10-11977) which was rejected. Both the Journal of Applied Physics and APL share the same reviewer base and scientific publication standards. We have evaluated the original APL review as well as the current submission to the Journal of Applied Physics and have decided to uphold the APL rejection.
