What’s more, it may produce a large π Conjugate from domain role between pyridine ring and C-N, and some of the electrons were scattered into the neighboring C13, C14#1 and N—Ni1, and perhaps that’s why the bond length of Ni(1)-N(1) is shorter than the normal value but that of Ni(1)-N(3) is a little longer than it.
