This study respectively by administrator, teacher, student and logon to central sea software school psychological management system, Shanghai HuiCheng r&d school psychological tests and file management system 2008 edition, primary and middle school students' mental health regards information management platform, wisdom, siyuan company development of national student psychological files management platform makes a deep comparison analysis, and from function realization, usability, custom, scale reliability and validity and several aspects such as the norm of conduct qualitative evaluation. According to system of user demand and psychological files the application status of middle and primary school psychology proposed regional file system construction and layered management mode. This model overcame the existing software fragmented, mutually exclusive shortcomings, is expected to achieve continuous record students psychological files function, accord with the requirement for law of students' psychological development. Taking the provincial education administrative department of the system platform, regional education bureau, the school does not belong to need hardware input, only needs to be incorporated into system platform can construct their psychological files system. This, to a certain extent solves many school because of the money problem and lack of psychological files system.
