A point p is in coordinate system O-XYZ, and if it’s corresponding point q is in o-xyz. The 3D coordinate transformation can be expressed as follows:
p=Rq+t (1)
where, R is a 3×3 rotation matrix, t is a 3×1 the translation vector.

If there are two pares of points (p1,q1) and (p2,q2), after eliminating the translations by subtraction of two pares of points in Eq. (1), the combined form is
p1-p2=R(q1-q2) (2)

Supporting there being two points (p1,q1) and (p2,q2), then doing the subtraction operation after appling them in Eq. (1), then we can get the the combination formula as follows:
p1-p2=R(q1-q2) (2)
