| 在废旧汽车塑料和橡胶高聚物水蒸气气过过程中,高温和适量蒸汽有利于生成更多的氢气和碳转化率,但过高的温度和过量的蒸汽量对废旧汽车塑料和橡胶高聚物的气化作用明显减弱。水蒸气是很重要的气化介质,可以提高碳的转化率并有效地调节产气组分;无催化剂时,当气化温度为850 ℃,水蒸气流量为0.165 g/min/g高聚物时,废旧汽车高聚物产气效率最高为2.44 Nm3/kg,碳转化率为95.78%。Ni/ZSM-5催化剂对于塑料催化气化制H2效果明显,反应后Ni/ZSM-5上的积炭较少,对其催化性能影响较小;加入催化剂后,有利于气化气质量的改善,即气化气中可燃组分(CO、H2和CH4)的含量明显提高;在废旧汽车塑料和橡胶高聚物水蒸气气化过程中,Ni/ZSM-5-硅包CaO的催化作用最明显,Ni/ZSM-5次之。 |

During the steam gasification of used-car plastics and high polymeric rubber, high temperature and proper amount of vapor are benefit for producing more hydrogen and a higher carbon conversion rate. But the gasiification of those is obviously decreased if the temperature and amount of vapor are immoderate. Steam is an important medium of gasification which can increase carbon conversion rate and regulate the component of steam gasification effectively. When there is no catalyst and the temperature comes up to 850 ℃ as well as the steam flow rate is 0.165 g/min/gram high-polymer, the gasification efficiency tiptop of used-car high-polymer is 2.44 Nm3/kg and the carbon conversion rate attains to 95.78%. The catalyst Ni/ZSM-5 exerts a positive effect on gasification of rubber into H2 which reduces the carbon deposition on the catalyst after the reaction so that brings a less influence on its calalytic effect. Adding the catalyst is conducive to improve the quality of gasified steam, that is, the contents of the combustible components (CO, H2 and CH4) in the gasified steam are significantly enhanced. The catalytic effect of Ni/ZSM-5-Si embedding with CaO is the best and Ni/ZSM-5 comes second. Keywords: catalysts; high-polymer;steam;conversion rate;car |
