Question: Polymer precipitation

| I prepared the polymer containing Pt-backbone. Purification needs several times precipitation. I first dissolved it into dichloromethane and then precipited it from methanol. It was good. When I tried to another precipitation, it failed. No precipitation occured. The same conditions have been applied. what could be the reasons? thanks. |
