【求助】journal of luminescence审稿人意见－是什么意思？如何回复？

| The limit for exchange energy transfer only occuring between ions that are 3A apart seems extremely small. One example is the work of Blasse and co-workers who generally established that exchange ET between identical RE3+ ions in oxides could occur at distances of <7A. Please check this and revise as necessary. In addition, since this analysis does not account for energy migration, the authors should check if the Reisfeld approximation is valid if there is significant energy migration. |
