ISEA2011是由重庆师范大学、重庆市计算机学会主办的信息科学与工程应用领域重要的国际学术会议，拟定于2011年10月21日至23日在重庆举行，本次会议已获得世界著名出版社TTP和Springer出版社的支持。会议由2个部分组成：第一部分是International Conference on Information and Engineering Applications (IEA) (Computer Science, Information, Communications, Control and Applications)，获得LNEE of SPRINGER支持，由Springer旗下的Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering(LNEE,ISSN:1876-1100)出版，论文共2卷；第二部分是International Conference on Innovation Manufacturing and Engineering Management (IMEM) (Manufacturing Technology, Management, modeling and simulation, applications)，获得TTP支持，由TTP旗下的国际期刊Advanced Materials Research (AMR) Journal (ISSN: 1022-6680)出版，AMR是EI期刊。所有录用论文将被EI检索。

近60-80篇文章将推荐到EI源期刊中发表。
