|
为改善碳纤维表面性能以及碳纤维/树脂复合材料的界面性能，对PAN基高模量碳纤维(HMCF)表面进行聚合物涂层处理，研究了潜伏性固化剂含量不同的聚合物涂层对高模量碳纤维表面以及纤维/树脂复合材料的界面性能的影响。结果表明，潜伏性固化剂含量为20%的聚合物涂层涂覆后的高模量碳纤维的表面纤维浸润性提高，吸水率达到最低，赋形性最好，同时复合材料的层间剪切强度显著提高，达到了78MPa，较未涂覆聚合物涂层的碳纤维复合材料提高了8.6%。扫描电镜和动态机械热分析的结果也说明，聚合物涂层能提高高模量碳纤维/树脂基复合材料的界面性能。 谢谢，请把这段话翻译成英文，谢谢。 |

| The results showed that when the latent curing agent content was 20% in the polymer coating, the surface fiber wetting quality of the high modulus carbon fibers increase with the minimum of water absorption and the best shaping.At the same time the composite interlaminar shear intensity significantly increased, reaching 78MPa, 8.6% more than the uncoated. SEM and DMTA also showed that the polymer coating can improve the nterface properties of the high modulus carbon fiber / resin composite. |
