我的理解是： “使用由McCabe-Thiele图预测得到的最优化过程，从富PEG相中提纯得到IgG（免疫球蛋白），其回收率为89%，纯度为75%，纯化倍数为2.0，最大可达到为2.6。” 头一次回应... amaximum似乎应为a maximum； McCabe-Thiele图的参考资料可见wikipedia： https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/McCabe-Thiele_method |
