Éó¸åÈË˵ÎÒдµÄÌ«ÀÃÁË£¬ÎÒʵÔÚÊDz»»á¸ÄÁË£¬ÕâÅűȾäÎÒ¿´Á˾Ͳ»Ïë¿´µÚ¶þ±éÁË£¬Ï£ÍûÓ¢Óï´óÏÀÃǰïÎÒÈóɫһÏÂÍÛ£¡£¡¸Ð¼¤ÌéÁ㣡£¡ In this study, the compatibility between blood and dextran-stabilized Fe3O4 MF was investigated. The effects of temperature, shear rate and applied magnetic field on the viscosity of blood and MF/blood mixtures were investigated. The influences of the concentration of MF and the intensity of magnetic field on the heating ability were studied. The results revealed that the viscosity and coagulation time of blood are almost unaffected by small addition of dextran-stabilized Fe3O4 MF, showing good compatibility with blood. |
