Lysozyme is stable in intestinal liquid, maintaining a high biological activity over 3000U/mg after treatment for 30 or 60 minutes, then a decreased one to 2200U/mg after treatment for 120 minutes. In gastric juice, this enzyme is not stable with biological activity decreased in smooth downward trend till totally loses it after treatment for 120 minutes.
