The lysozyme in bowel liquid is stable ,maintains  a level above 3000U/mg after a period of 30min to 90min, and decrease to about 2200U/mg after 120min;howere, the stability is poor in gastric liquid which shows a steady decline with the increasing of handing time and no activity is observed after 120min.
溶菌酶在肠液中较稳定，处理30min到90min活性依然维持在高于3000U/mg水平，处理120min后活性降至2200U/mg左右；在胃液中稳定性较差呈平稳下降趋势，处理120min后活性完全丧失。

Lysozyme is stable in intestinal liquid, maintaining a high biological activity over 3000U/mg after treatment for 30 or 60 minutes, then a decreased one to 2200U/mg after treatment for 120 minutes. In gastric juice, this enzyme is not stable with biological activity decreased in smooth downward trend till totally loses it after treatment for 120 minutes.
