谁能帮我看看这个审稿回复是啥意思？？？？？？谢谢了 已有5人参与

Dear Professor: Based on advice of a member of the Editorial Board of XXXXXXXXXXX of your submission, MS xxxxxxx, entitled "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" I have decided to give you an opportunity to undertake revisions for possible publication of this paper in XXXXXXXXXX. No refereewas involved, but a member of the board has recognized that the paper might have petentialities (and therefore it could be sent to referees), but it is poorly written. This creates trouble to the refereeing process since referees either consume extra time to try to understand what you have written, or suggest rejection because the paper is not comprehensible. Please rewrite it, lso with the help of an English native and then resubmit it again as a resubmitted paper. I must stress that while I am offering you an opportunity to revise and resubmit this paper, I am not able to provide a guarantee that I will be able to publish it should you decide to take up my offer and resubmit a revision that deals with the comments in the attached referee reports. We expect you to carry out the revisions within six months after receipt of this message. Please inform us at your earliest convenience whether you can accomplish the task within the time indicated. In case you need some more time, please let us know. If we do not receive the revised version within the six months or by the time agreed between you and us, the paper will be considered as withdrawn. In this case you can still submit a revised version of your piece, but it will be considered as a new submission. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about my decision, or if you have difficulty reading any of the attachments.
