我的一篇在wiley投稿系统的文章，在修回是发现没有Response to Reviewers’ Comments这个上传选项，只是在修回的最开始有一个空白处是专门用来回答Reviewers’ Comments的，不能上传word格式，只能写入，结果修回的PDF文档中没有出现我对审稿人的意见回复，这种情况审稿人能看到我的意见回复吗？急！我需要和编辑说下吗？
下面是修回时编辑信里面的：
When submitting your revised manuscript, you should respond to the comments made by the referee(s) in the space provided. You can use this space to document any changes you make to the original manuscript.
