修改稿提交都要求写Response to Comment？

有人投过pattern recognition这个杂志吗？这个杂志在修改后，提交修改稿时需要写Response to Comment？让修改的信件中没有提出让写，原先其它杂志信中都会有这么一段话：“If you decide to revise the work, please submit a list of changes or a rebuttal against each point which is being raised when you submit the revised manuscript.”。但是这个杂志没有。。。郁闷。。这个杂志只是给了这么一段话“We regret that your paper, in its present form, is not acceptable for publication in Pattern Recognition. However, if you care to revise it, we will reconsider it for publication. Your revised manuscript is due by Feb 16, 2011 Kindly advise of your plans to resubmit your paper. When submitting your revised manuscript, please ensure that you upload the source files (e.g. Word). Uploading a PDF file at this stage will create delays should your manuscript be finally accepted for publication. If your revised submission does not include source files, we will contact you to request them.Thank you for your interest in the journal. ”。 今天提交了修改稿，这个杂志好像大修的状态就是reconsider if revised, 我提交时必须要求提交Response to Comment，祝自己好运！ [ Last edited by 928724630 on 2011-1-27 at 17:16 ] |
