申请替换原文件即可，晶胞参数相同的话，编辑会自动替换源文件，CCDC号不变~~
下面是我用的替换邮件，你看看可用的上：
Dear professor,
The attached crystal structures will be deposited at the Cambridge Crystallographic Data Centre. I am very sorry to bring trouble to your work again,the crystal data of xxx.cif was refined once again for some reasons. Pease replaced the old file "xyy.cif "with xxx.cif in the attcahment of this email. Thanks a lot.
