[交流] 【讨论】关于澳洲的导师权力

本人申请的老板是USYD一个 center的director但是是副教授。
同时也是学院的Postgraduate Coordinator。
不知道这个老板在学院算不算个领导了呵呵。
拿到firm offer了，在等奖学金，不知道老板能帮上什么忙唉。
这个老板倒是很热情，再小的事情都会帮我搞定呵呵。不知道最关键的一环有没有帮助。
望知道的虫友解惑。
唉顺带问问机会如何吧.望知道的虫子也评价下。
本科硕士均非211和985。
本科GPA80, 硕士GPA88，有些人说这个不重要有些人说重要，迷糊Ing.
E文SCI3篇（其实是4篇，但是还有一篇在Evaluating Recommmendation,着急哈，因为奖学金评议会就这几天了，文章在这个状态1周了，不过急也没用只能期待在评议会开之前出来结果）。
2篇1作，1篇2作。但是都不算太好的期刊，都是1点多的期刊。
希望能有好运气呵呵。
那边的老板是说strong chance 不知道是不是套话。
之前有2封mail是这样写的，如下：
1：Your CV seems quite strong, and with these publications, I think you would have strong chances to secure a scholarship here. I suggest you go ahead with your application and keep me updated. I suggest a good research project for you to put forward is on the modification of polysaccharides with polymers - you have an excellent background in this, based on your publication and CV, and you will see from our publications that my group is actively working in this area too.

2：Thank you for your email. The proposal looks very good; it is certainly enough for you to include in your scholarship application! My only recommendation is for you to include some references (not only my papers), to show you are aware of the wider work in the literature.
I would add the scheme as part of the proposal, and aim at the whole proposal to be 2 pages maximum. Otherwise, it looks great, I will definitely support your application. Let me know when you put all the papers together.

望有经验的虫子判断下。
