本文通过在传统的硅胶球载体上吸附CNT作为载体,能提高催化剂的活性相组分以提高一氧化碳转化率,同时添加苯三酚来提高双金属铜钴催化剂之间的相互作用以提高高级醇选择性,当添加量为0.14g时,高级醇选择性达到74%。

由XPS数据可知积碳开始明显增加,催化剂活性开始下降,同时由于苯三酚强大的还原性使铜在煅烧时就有生成,从而降低了铜钴之间的相互作用,虽然添加量为0.3g的醇类的时空产率高于0.14g的,但是其主要产物以甲醇为主。

In this paper, CNT adsorbed onto the traditional silica ball carrier was chosen as a carrier, thus the content of active catalyst phase can be increased to improve the carbon monoxide conversion rate. At the same time, by adding phloroglucinol, the interaction between the bi-metallic copper-cobalt catalyst was enhanced to improve higher alcohol selectivity; and when 0.14g phloroglucinol was added, the higher alcohol selectivity reached 74%.

The XPS data showed significant increase in carbon that meant the catalytic activity declining. At the same time, copper generated in the calcination because of powerful reduction ability of phloroglucinol weaken the interaction between copper and cobalt, although the space-time yield of alcohols at 0.3g addition level higher than that at 0.14g, the main product was methanol mainly.
