投稿到APL之后，审稿人的意见是推荐到其他的期刊（JAP），编辑回复也拒稿了，以下是意见Unfortunately, the manuscript is not acceptable for publication in Applied Physics Letters. The reviewer felt that the paper does little to advance our knowledge beyond previously published data.
We have attached the reviewer's comments should you wish to revise the paper for submission to another journal.
但是在APL的投稿界面要我再次上传修改后的稿件和对审稿人的逐条回复，不明白这是什么意思，请高手指点？
