[交流] 急啊！技术审查不过关，求助虫子前辈们一些问题，望指导！已有10人参与

最近才开始投文章，万望大家帮忙!谢谢！

前两天投了一篇Carbon，今天技术审查不过关，退回来了。Comments第一条和第三条分别是这样的

1) In its current state, the level of English throughout your manuscript does not meet the journal's desired standard. There are some grammatical errors and instances of badly worded/constructed sentences. Please check the manuscript and refine the language carefully.

3) Please note that the checklist has been changed and what you use is the old version.

其他的都是一些具体的问题，可以逐条修改。

小妹不明白的是，
（1）这第一条好像是说文章有语法或结构错误，那么只是把后面列那几条改正了就行了，还是文章语句上需要大修？还需要请专门的人员给修改一下吗？

（2）第三条里checklist我是从网上（http://www.elsevier.com/framewor ... arbon_checklist.pdf）下载下来的，是把所有的都写上吗？包括“CARBON submission checklist：Please check the following points before approving the pdf file for your manuscript. Quotes are from the Guide for Authors. Please read it. Manuscripts defective in any of the following will be returned for correction and resubmission, which is a waste of everybody’s time. You must be able to answer “yes” to all of the following questions. Items 11 and 14 may not be applicable.”
“Items 11 and 14 may not be applicable.”是什么意思？是11-14条可以不写吗？希望虫子前辈们指导，万分感激！

还有就是技术审核修改再递交的话，有没有时间限制？谢谢！急啊！
