[交流] 关于是否审稿的疑问？

2010.10.6开始投稿，2010.10.22开始under review，2011.1.14开始发催稿信，但编辑回信中没看出是否在审稿，也没审稿意见，于是论文状态从2011.1.15依然是under review.
请教各位，(1) 我想知道我的稿件是否被审稿？如何写信询问，因为under review时间太长了;再等三个月under review还没回应的话，6月份毕业无望了。 (2) 我想在询问的稿件中增加审稿人，希望能加快审稿，是否可行？
就以上两点目的，希望高手们能提供一个信件模板，谢谢！
另外，还有其他有好的建议最好。
编辑回信如下：
Dear Dr ***,
Your query on submission entitled "*****" has been received by *****. Unfortunately, we do not have reviewer's responses now. As soon as we receive the responses, we will be able to make a decision on you paper and send the result back to you.
