有劳哪位大虾帮忙看看润润色我写的这句英语。意思是想说：我们可以得出结论，供体细胞系的个体遗传背景对核移植胚胎的体内发育及克隆后代的体型有显著地影响，IGF-1, IGF-2 and H19 在附植前胚胎的表达水平可能克隆后代的体型有关。 We concluded that the individual genetic characteristics of nuclear-donor cell lines have significant effects on the in vivo development of SCNT embryos and phenotype of cloned offspring. Expression levels of IGF-1, IGF-2 and H19 in preimplantation embryos may relate to the phenotype of cloned offspring. |
