[交流] 【求助】面试完，发了感谢信后，教授的回复~~求分析~~

Dear Dianxun,

Thank you for taking the time to have the video conference with us today.  It was nice to meet you, and learn more about you.  We understood the ideas and questions you expressed, and you do not need to make any apologies.  We realize that we put you in a situation outside of your normal experience.  

We appreciate your enthusiasm for our research project and XXX.  To provide you with more information on our general project topic, I have attached a paper Dr. XXX and I co-wrote that describes some "proof-of-concept" modeling we did in preparation for our current project together.

We plan on making a decision on hiring for our project within the next week. If you have any questions in the meantime, feel free to contact us, and we will do the same.  If it would be helpful to communicate with another Chinese student who is already here at XXX to ask them about the program and living here, you may feel free to contact a student named XXX (XXX@XXX.edu) who works for Prof. XXX who is one of the other faculty in our program.

请问面试是不是最后的阶段呢？对录取有多大影响？

申请都提交了，然后老师说对我感兴趣，几封信后，面试，昨天面试的，上面说下周就差不多了，也不知道是不是最后的阶段，差不多吧~~
