| 由于小球藻繁殖中营养物质的逐渐耗竭，有害代谢产物的逐渐积累，小球藻不可能始终保持高速度的无限繁殖。经过一段时间后，小球藻繁殖速度渐减，死亡藻增多，藻增长率随之下降并趋于停滞。稳定期后藻繁殖越来越慢，死亡数越来越多，并超过活藻数量。该期藻形态显著改变，出现衰退型或菌体自溶，生理代谢活动也趋于停滞。因此, 第一批藻种处理后的废水达不到预期目标，需要接种新的小球藻种，进行二级培养。蛋白核小球藻在废水中生长一段时间后进入稳定期和衰亡期，此时藻细胞对废水营养物质的需求量较少，废水COD、蛋白质含量、盐含量去除率比较低。用离心机离心分离后的废水液COD在60~980之间，达不到排放标准。鉴于废水中仍存有少量营养物质，本研究采用二次培养法将未经驯化的藻种接种到一级废水中继续通气培养。 |

| During Chlorella reproduction, due to the gradual depletion of nutrients and the gradual accumulation of harmful metabolites, a high rate, unlimited reproduction can not be maintained. After a certain period of time, reproduction rate of Chlorella starts decreasing when dead Chlorella increases, resulting in reduced growth rate, which tends to stagnate. After the stationary phase, Chlorella reproduction rate becomes slower and slower. The increasing death finally outnumbers the live ones. Remarkable changes in the form of Chlorella take place, which include emergence of recession-type or cell autolysis, and stagnation of physiological, metabolic activity. Therefore, treating waste water by the first batch of Chlorella fails to achieve set objectives, but a second generation of Chlorella cultivation is required. After a certain period of time in the wastewater, Chlorella pyrenoidosa grows into the stationary phase and decline phase, when algal cells demand little nutrients from the wastewater, resulting in a low removal rate of COD, protein content and salt content. After centrifugal separation, COD still locates somewhere between 60 and 980, which does not meet emission standards. Given there is still a small amount of nutrients in wastewater, this study investigates a second generation cultivation of unaltered algae species in the first-level wastewater by aeration. |
