| 本栏所列的项目主要完成人是指对本项目的主要技术创新点做出贡献的人，主要完成人排序应按贡献大小从左至右排列。推荐一等奖的项目人数不超过15人，推荐二等奖的项目人数不超过10人。排名在前三位的完成人投入该项目技术研究的工作量应占本人工作量的50%以上，否则不能作为本项目排名前三位的完成人。《主要完成人情况》是评价完成人是否具备获奖条件的重要依据，应按申请书要求逐项填写。 |

| The main project principals involved this project listed in column mainly refers to thoses who make contibuite to the main technical innovation points, the order of the main project principal’s name are listed from left to right according to their contributions. The main project principals of the first prize recommend should be less than 15 people, and second prize should not more than ten. The persons ranked in the top three should invest more than 50% workload of themeselves ,otherwise they are not allowed to be listed on the top three of the main project principal . 《The conditions of the main project principals 》is one of the most important foundiation , should be filled according to requiment of the application. |

The number of the contributors for the project recommended as the first-level prize could not be more than 15; for the project recommended as second-level prize, the number of contributors could not be over 10. The involved persons ranked in the top three should be carried out more than 50% of the whole works; otherwise, there will be another story for the top three invlolved persons. 《The introduction on the main involved person 》is the critical base to evaluate if one involved person is eligible to receive the prize and should be filled up one by one following the requires. |
