ZrO2表面的羟基可与被吸附的水合镁离子等形成内表面络合物。可将ZrO2纳米晶表面作为一种聚合酸，表面羟基可以发生质子迁移，表面金属离子可以作为Lewis酸，而表面羟基脱去质子后可作为Lewis碱与溶液中的金属离子或配体发生表面络合反应，这与溶液中络合反应十分类似，区别在于表面反应要考虑界面电荷的作用。

Internal surface complex can be formed by the hydroxy at the ZrO2 surface and hydrate magnesium absorbed. ZrO2 nanocrystalline surface can be used as a kind of polymerized acid. The proton transportion of surface hydroxy occurs and the surface metal ions can be regards as Lewis acid. However, the surface hydroxy that gets away from proton can be regards as Lewis alkali, which can cause a surface complexed reaction with the metal ions or ligand in the solution. It's similar to the complexed reaction in the solution but the interface charge effect of the surface reaction should be considered.
