| 结果表明：热浸镀过程中添加质量分数1%Ce能促进镀层外层中Fe2Al5和Fe4Al3Ce相的生成，抑制内层中Fe2Al5相长大；在1000℃/4h扩散处理过程中，Ce促进γ向α相的转变以及α相中Ni3Al相的析出，并在渗层内层中生成富Ce相；在800℃/360h氧化过程中，Ce促使渗层外层生成少量Fe2Al5和Cr3Si相，并使渗层外层组织均匀致密；1000℃/360h氧化过程中，Ce促使α相长大导致渗层中生成大量的σ相。氧化过程中稀土Ce能提高渗层在800℃和1000℃下高温抗氧化性。（就这么多 翻译好了 请发至邮箱qian116@126.com） 急急急~~~ 忘哪位英语好的兄弟帮帮忙~~ |

| As a result,when we added the Ce of mass fraction of 1% of in the process of hot-dip,it would accelerate the formation of the phase of Fe4Al3Ce and Fe2Al5 out of coating and repress the growth of the phase of Fe2Al5 in the inner.At 1000 ℃ / 4h in the process of the diffusion ,Ce facilitated the transformation from γ to the phase of α and the precipitation of the phase of α from Ni3Al phase,then there are the phase of Ce-rich generating in the inner penetrative layer.At 800℃/360h in the oxidized process,Ce accelerated the formation of the phase of slight Fe4Al3Ce and Fe2Al5 out of penetrative layer and made the outer layer of densely penetrative layer homogeneously.At 1000℃/360h in the oxidized process,Ce accelerated the growth of the phase of α so that there are massive phase of σ in the penetrative layer. In the oxidized process, rare earth Ce was able to raise the inoxidizability of the penetrative layer at high temperatures of 800℃ and 1000℃. |
