[交流] Elsvier Required Reviews Completed后状态变为Decision in process 正常吗? 已有9人参与

Elsvier Required Reviews Completed后状态变为Decision in process 。不知道 Decision in process 是Required Reviews Completed后的正常程序？还是Required Reviews Completed后正常先进入退修再进入Decision in process ？

这可能与通常所说的Decision in process 不一样，可能是required reviews completed后的一个常规程序。老板还没有收到信函。

一个审槁人的意见是:The experiment results are valuable and of interest,然后提出存在的几个问题,These factors let the manuscript down rather badly and I recommend that the manuscript requires a major rewrite before being further considered for publication in Analytica Chimica Acta. Specific comments are provided below on sections that will need to be improved.
另一个审槁人的意见是: Due to poor use of English and questionable organisation, it was difficult to understand and make sense of this manuscript, but with perseverance I appreciate what the authors are trying to do and believe they are essentially correct......The above assessment suggests that there will eventually be a worthy published paper, but considerable improvements need to be made before that outcome is reached.
编辑的意见:Thank you for submitting your manuscript to Analytica Chimica Acta.As you can see from the reports of the reviewers, the manuscript is not suited for publication in its present form. Reviewer 2 said "Due to poor use of English and questionable organisation, it was difficult to understand and make sense of this manuscript". It would be necessary to rewrite the whole manuscript and to make all the major changes suggested by the reviewers. Such a revised manuscript will have to go through another round of reviewing.
