由于本文作者现在未能注册，所以暂由hummer代发 题目：ISSUE17 - "There are two types of laws: just and unjust. Every individual in a society has a responsibility to obey just laws and, even more importantly, to disobey and resist unjust laws." 字数：400 用时：0:45:00 日期：2006-7-12 基本同意，但要理性的对待法律，尊敬法律，不要盲目的抵制“不正义的”法律 1法律有时时候表现出不公正的一面，盲目支持“正义的”法律是不对的 2盲目抵制“不公正”的法律也带来很多不安因素 3理性对待法律 字数400。 The author of this issue held the view that every people in a society should take the responsibility to obey just laws and resist unjust laws,based on the mere fact that Laws can be devided into two parts-just laws and unjust laws.As to me,it is not reasonable to take this viewpoint for granted without carfully taking into some important aspects of law.Thus,I can just agree with the author's view partly as it stands. From the begining of human civilication,there are a lot of laws to help govern the common people in every scoiety.However,no all of the laws stand for the civilian's interest.For example,the governers in the autcratic society tend to use the laws to make use of its citizens,without protecting the right of its people.Even in nowdays,some laws enacted by some gorvernors are aimed at maitaintacing their own interest selfishly.As is reported a few days ago in TNT,a country in Africa has carried out a law to be against its neighboring country,which allows its citizen to fight with the people in neighboring country with no punishment.Due to some reasons,conficts occur regularly between two countries,so both of the citizens hate eath other and take this law of fighting with the neighoring counrtry for justness.Finally,both two countries begin wars against each other.It is obvious to see the unjust side of the law,so how can every individual obey laws blindly? Even if there are some unjust laws,we can not simply resist unjust laws.Nowdays,we can see most of the laws are aimed at protecting its people ,helping make the scoeity harmonious,and ensure its intergrity of its country.Accordingly,as the common people in a scociety,we should respect the law legal system enacted by our country.It is also common sense that the definition of "unjust laws" can be a wrong judgement varying from people to people.The world flagant terroists also take the govenment's law for unjust laws and try to break the law.These people can be seen as "extreamist" for resisting the laws.Thus,we can not simply disobey these "unjust" laws,because the justness of laws my be twisted by yourself or by others. All in all,absolute just laws can hardly exsist,because the human nature have flaws.What we believe or expect is to look for the legal system being improved in the future.Thus,we should treat laws rationally,resprect the law somewhat and put forward those laws that you think are unjust in a rational way.
