求助：语言问题该怎么办（找了一老外，又找了润色公司，杂志还说不符合要求） 已有14人参与

相投到journal of environmental management 一篇文章，第一次投递之前，专程找老外给修改了语言，但投递后技术审查说语言不合格，要求找专门的native english 的专家修改。 第一次投递回复： In its current state, the level of English throughout your manuscript does not meet the journal's desired standard. There are a number of grammatical errors and instances of badly worded/constructed sentences. Please check the manuscript and refine the language carefully. 后来觉得可能自己找的老外不够专业，专门找了SR语言润色公司付费修改，投递后最初的技术审查通过，接着with editor，但半个月后又回信说语言依旧不合格。 第二次投递回复： Thanks again for submitting the above manuscript to the ***. I regret that the English is not at a level that would allow us to send the paper out for review. Therefore we will be unable to consider the paper for publication. If you wish to resubmit the paper as a new submission, please have it edited by a native English speaker prior to re-submission. This will be required if the paper is to be considered further for publication. I can refer you to some technical editors who provide editorial services for a fee.
