给爱尔兰导师发了陶瓷与CV PS ，他让我结合自己的背景与他的课题写Proposal ,这个算是有希望吗？
最近我的时间比较紧，一方面还在写一篇英文文章，希望能发出去，增加奖学金的优势（现暂未有英文的文章）。如果要写proposal得花不少时间。
请问各位，这个是不是有希望？该不该花大精力去好好写？
