My decision letter stated that it is essential that the key data is obtained using seeds that were collected from control wildtypes, empty vector controls (as available) and transgenic lines that had been grown parallel and the seeds processed and stored in an identical manner.
Please also clearly identify in the text and display legends any data that was obtained from experiments where the seeds from all lines shown in the data display were NOTcollected from plants that had been grown in parallel, and the seeds processed and stored in parallel.
