Annealing for 10 to 120 min causes the Gaussian band with energies 2.16 eV increase in intensity as well as the Gaussian bands with energies 2.06 eV and 1.95 eV decrease in intensity and reduces the nanocrystalline size to 0.45~0.1 nm.
我要表达的意思是：
样品在200 oC温度下退火10-180 min后，峰位在2.16 eV的高斯发光强度增强，同时峰位在2.06 eV 和 1.95 eV的发光强度逐渐减小直至最终消失。也导致纳米结晶硅颗粒尺寸减小0.45-0.1 nm。大家帮我改改英文表达。

After Annealing for 10 to 120 min at 200℃，the Gaussian luminous intensity at 2.16 eV increased, meanwhile the luminous intensity at 2.06 eV and 1.95 eV decreased untill disapeared finally, which also redused the nanocrystalline size by 0.45~0.1 nm.
